Women’s Committee
The Habersham County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee works to promote agriculture through educational opportunities and leadership development programs such as art and essay contests, farm-city activities, scholarship programs, and commodity promotion. The Women’s Committee works diligently to promote agriculture in the community and provide educational opportunities for the local youth.

Young Farmer Committee
The Habersham County Farm Bureau Young Farmer Committee works to surface potential and new leaders who may become active in Farm Bureau at the county, state, and national levels. The Young Farmer Committee sponsors the young farmer trip to Washington, discussion meet, futures seminar, and young farmer achievement award.

Ag Awareness Committee
The Habersham County Farm Bureau Ag Awareness committee is comprised of different businesses and individuals that join together to promote agriculture awareness.

Service Company
Service Company is a Habersham county Farm Bureau program that offers agriculture items like baling twine, cattle minerals, cow and horse wormer, and Advantix flea and tick remover at discount prices.

Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee of Habersham County Farm Bureau works to protect the agriculture industry locally and statewide. Members of this committee work closely with elected officials to be a voice for the local farming community in the legislative arena. Part of the responsibilities of the Legislative Committee is policy development. Farm Bureau is a grassroots organization and depends on the local farmers input in developing policies that will affect the future of agriculture in Georgia.
